We at MK 26 Collections are committed to process your order(s) as soon as possible. Our general processing time is 1 working day. For orders and payment made by 6pm, we will process the order on that day and ship out the parcel the next working day. For orders and payments made after 6pm, the order will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on Thursdays after 6pm will be shipped out the following Monday as courier companies are closed during the weekends. Weekend shipment is provided for express shipping only. 

Delivery duration is generally around 1-5 days for local orders depending on the courier company and destination. However this process might take longer due to reasons like high volume of orders, a curfew due to pandemic, natural disaster etc.

Once your order is processed, we will upload a picture of your item(s) with the tracking details. Upon handing over the parcels to the courier company, you will be notified via email with the consignment number to enable you to track the parcel. Delay in receiving your item(s) after the item(s) has been handed over to the shipping company is not under the control of MK 26 Collections.
